Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.
These worksheets go through different areas of your life to help you find what you’re grateful for. Changing your thoughts will start to change so many things in your life. It can be hard to be grateful for the negative things that happen but practicing makes it easier.

There are some personality characteristics and even personality disorders that have a tendency to hang out in a more negative mindset.
Whether you just have a habit of being ungrateful or have been diagnosed with a personality disorder; there are things that you can do to improve your outlook (which will improve your life).
Refrain from believing that you are inherently doomed with negativity.
Basic negativity & personality disorders are all about thought patterns. If you’ve been diagnosed with one it’s worth taking a close look at how you think.
I listed some personality disorders below that can benefit the most from practicing gratitude.
Cluster B personality disorders are usually driven by a negative self-image. Because of this, practicing gratitude can really help their thought patterns, which influence their feelings, emotions & behaviors.
